After ordering several blouses on May 26th, 2025, I needed to return my purchase because the items did not fit. First, customer service requested that I provide sizes and send them pictures if the merchandise. I did. Then I kept multiple emails assuring me that my concern would be addressed and would be elevated. My request for a return address and a refund was never seriously addressed. The emails repeatedly contained the same generic phrases about addressing my concern. Finally, on July 22nd, aftet exchanging multiple of these meaningless emails, I was offered to exchange my items for a size that they did not even offer when I placed my original order. I kept asking and finally insisted on being provided with a return address and a refund. To this day I have received neither and am considering to post this on Facebook and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the police department. This is substandard customer service and even worse FRAUD!
