A bunch of time wasters. I used the branch from Chapel town. I went for mortgage advice with their mortgage advisor Joe. They were the ones to offer their services to us not the other way around. So we went thinking we need to see a mortgage advisor soon anyway and we could look for deals starting with them.It has been well over 2 weeks and I still did not receive any of the meeting highlights on my email as requested and promised that I will. I called back to verify if everything is OK and by the looks of it my email address was alright but still no email was sent over to me or any other form of communication in between us and them happened. A total waste of time.
