Inquiries about your finances are routinely overlooked, leading to a frustrating cycle of chasing for answers. If you’re thinking about renting at Bradbury Hall, be aware that the landlord is unresponsive and overly focused on profit. The rent increases are not consistent with market values, and the cleanliness of the communal areas is unacceptable (disgusting). Overall, I cannot recommend this property.
