Had their product the 2k Camera, had it working for 1 day, then during a firmware update, it broke, contacted the company, they asked me for technical details, I gave them it, then they left me in email with no reply for over 1 month, I contacted multiple times and there's no reply, I wouldn't touch anything on blurams.com with a barge pole now, and there's still no reply to this day more than 2-3 months. Bad business company, If I were you I would stay away from them, they will make you break your device during a firmware update, and won't bother to pay for your repairs, or get back to you properly in email.Who am I?
