Though I have held out posting poor reviews on this company - giving them a chance to come clean- (i am a subscriber to their services IE paid money to participate), at this point i feel compelled to publish my own. I too have been in touch with other subscribers to BMB Matrix who s terrible experience with the company matches my own, to a point where i question any recent favorable reviews as being real. In any event the person running the show there, Tom Quincey has been elusive and evasive and generally exhibited poor character dealing with other people's money and in dealing with the people behind the money as well. Though I have given Tom chances myself to be successful for those who entrust money to him, and be open to questions regarding the poor performance that has been the reality, he has been neither successful nor transparent about what matters to us.. money matters, and many representations to us from customer support about when we will get our purchase money plus GP back have turned out to be lies over the months.I keep the door open for him to have address all subscribers in a transparent and effective way, however until now he continues to exhibit the same poor ways in dealing with people. His approach is that he doesn't have to is my experience. I have written off this investment for now, and encourage anybody contemplating investing their money in this gig do DON"T simply based on the character of the person running the show.
