We too hired BMB Matrix in July 2023, Since then my Amazon account has been permanently deactivated. Since I could not sell items I requested a refund. BMB offered us an eBay account, which we were not interested. We asked for a full refund and they told us they would have their attorney contact us.Jim and Gracie BienUpdate: Currently, we are in a written negotiation with BMB Matrix regarding our specific refund amount.
