We had a terrible experience with BMB since our first month with them in November 2022. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but as time progressed it became apparent they really did not care about us as a client nor fixing their mess. We paid $4,995 for their Premier Bundle eCommerce package. As per the agreement, this package was basically to provide/build a business infrastructure, including a marketplace with 100 products, with a focus on the Amazon platform in which they would handle everything from customer service to shipping & refunds, & etc.Unfortunately, BMB Matrix did a poor job with managing our account. They shipped “used” products when the customer purchased “new”, when customers ordered items with fast shipping and they did not ship the items out in a timely manner. Basically leaving customers wondering where their packages are. Additionally they constantly kept listing items that were restricted and against Amazon’s policies. All of this lead to our Amazon account getting deactivated due to unfulfilled orders and policy violations. This has severely impacted our business and prevented us from operating on the Amazon platform entirely.We've attempted to contact BMB Matrix over three weeks through voicemail, text, and Basecamp, but received no response regarding our Amazon account reinstatement.Furthermore, due to poor communication and mishandling of our Amazon account, we had to request a full refund and the release of $2,971.41 in owed credits, per the contract terms. Sadly, we have not heard from our sales manager, Thomas Quincy, for three weeks. He is responsible for handling this.After reading reviews, it's evident that others have faced similar issues, casting doubt on the company's practices and reliability. This breach of contract and lack of responsiveness jeopardized our business. We will never recommend this company to anyone.
