I bought a purse and handbag costing around £50 I have not received my items or a refund !! I Was informed my parcel was delivered the proof of delivery was a picture of the parcel on my doorstep outside the house on a busy street when I went to look no parcel there I think it's terrible that the delivery company thinks it's acceptable to leave a parcel on a doorstep when my safe place is marked as inside my front porch then contact BM Gifts to look at it and all they say is nothing they can do item marked as delivery and closed it down disgraceful
