I ordered a personalized queen comforter on 07/06/2024. I paid through paypal. Paypal confirmed payment. It's been over 2 weeks but BMG Gifts has not sent me an order confirmation let alone my order. I have tried emailing then repeatedly with absolutely no response so I'm afraid they ripped me off. And it wS not a cheap order it was nearly 78.00 I'm out. Horrible customer service/communications.
