I completed my PGCE teaching practice at BMH Training. Becca and Martin were very welcoming and suportive. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the focus is very much on obtaining the best outcomes for learners. Compared to the experiences of some of my colleagues at University my teaching practice at BMH was very postive. Becca's support is very light touch, supportive and guiding when needed, but standing back to allow me to sread my wings when I was ready. A perfect balance.
