I spoke with Amanda Graham, who was lovely to deal with and really took plenty of time to explain everything. At first, I still didn't fully understand, so I apologised to Amanda. She said no problem, and we had a little laugh about it. She kindly explained it again, and I got it the second time around. Amanda was very friendly and helpful whilst remaining professional. I wish more companies had an Amanda at the end of the phone; life would be so much more relaxed and stress-free. 10 out of 10 in every aspect, excellent experience.
