Sent the wrong part. per return policy I sent the required pictures but forgot the pic of the shipping label. Sent pic of the shipping label per their request which was outside the 30 days. Now they say I sent the pic outside of the 30 days even though they asked for the PIC! Spoke to 4 people, 5 emails. Asked to please make an exception. All said like robots "its our policy" great policy to loose customers!! All this effort for a $30. part. Dont order from them its a nightmare if you try to return.
