I was stunned when I realized that their website required a minimum purchase of 10 O-rings of each size for a total of 20; that is 12 extra pieces!!! Ludicrous. The eight pieces would cost me $23.36 but they want me to buy 20 for $58.40. Chatted with Carlos, very friendly and professional, who could not offer any other option. Buy 10 of each or do not buy any. It is not just the money, it is the required purchase of 20 O-rings that will not be used before the car is junked that upsets me the most. The absurdity of the management of this dealership to push these oversized minimums on the consumer.
