I had my deep dive call with Tejasvi Shivakumar (also known as TJ) on the 5th February 2026. TJ is a sales rep for Bnb Success.
During the video call, TJ shared me his screen and showed me what he claimed to be his own personal portfolio of Airbnb properties.
He claimed that he's acquired 40 airbnb properties and manages them himself since the age of 19. Now 25 (apparently).
He said this was his own personal portfolio and it was separate from Jordan's. (Jordan is the co-founder of Bnb Success).
The account he was showing was clearly LiveLuxe's portfolio (a portfolio run by Jordan and Terence - co-founders of Bnb success). I knew this as I recognised the LiveLuxe logo on the top right corner of his screen.
Knowing this, I tested TJ and asked about his company name which he said was called "Luxury Bookings."
Things weren't adding up and TJ was constantly pressuring me to pay for the mentorship. Luckily, I didn't.
After a couple days, I asked TJ to send me his company website so I could verify his credentials. He proceeds to send me LiveLuxe's website.
Upon questioning him about the portfolio belonging to Jordan & Terence, he claimed that he's a shareholder of LiveLuxe and has equity in the company alongside the founders of BNB Success. (Jordan, Stanley & Terence).
I confronted him about lying that LiveLuxe was his own airbnb portfolio on our initial deep dive call.
Upon bringing this matter to the attention of Stanley (one of the co-founders), Stanley said TJ has never had his own portfolio of Airbnb properties and only manages them for LiveLuxe.
Stanley also stated that TJ is not a shareholder of LiveLuxe. So TJ was caught in a LIE AGAIN.
Two times TJ was caught blatantly lying.
On the deep dive call, TJ said he's one of the mentors in Bnb Success.
Given that he's clearly lied about his credentials and doesn't have any track record of doing Airbnb himself, it would be completely absurd if anyone is considering paying $15,000 to be mentored by these scammers.
Bnb Success uses lies & deceit to lure people in buying their $15,000 mentorship program. Such unethical business practices. I have all video call recordings and text messages as evidence.
BEWARE! SCAM! Please avoid this company at all costs!
