I got trouble with missing parts of my order #8623 of an Amba light (09/29/24) that never came to me. I called delivery supplier, I sent pictures to them, I sent also many emails and no one do nothing to send the missing parts to me as they proposed.It has been many weeks now, I discuss and discuss and discuss about what is going on and when will they send the missing parts as they wrote. So long wait, so bad experience.
