AMAZING!! Not only were they super concerned about my design and its flaws, they guided me to fix them, helped me, and wanted to make sure I had the perfect product. My design had so many flaws that the shipping time became too long, they let me pay the expedited cost and I got it with more than enough time. Received it today, and it was even better than I could ever imagine. I hope I have the need to use them again, our custom made board game, box and cards came out perfect.
