A representative stated they pre-screen candidates and target the right individuals. However, during my six-month experience, very few companies added listings—only about 10 new ones—leading to roughly 150 total companies for several hundred paying members. I applied to roles that matched my background, but since applications go through the platform, there was no direct contact with the companies. In that half-year, I only noticed one company change its status from seeking to role closed. They assert that they send your resume on your behalf in addition to your searches, but I found no evidence of any interaction with the listed companies. While I wouldn't label it a complete scam, it is certainly oversold and over-promised during the sales pitch. My recommendation would be to avoid this service.
