BE AWARE, the owner can cancel your reservation at any time!! Booked a boat in the Memorial weekend a month before. I maintained regular communication with the owner, responding promptly to all of his questions. At no point did he indicate any intention to cancel. However, on the owner suddenly cancelled our booking 25 hours before the scheduled departure. I contacted customer service. The agent was trying to to help for a rebooking. However, he can only offer a 10% discount. All available options are at a much higher price. We ended up cancelling our boating plan. Very frustrated!
