We purchased some very expensive feature wall, wallpaper which our decorator noticed had several blemishes on it when he unboxed it. We sent an email to Bobbi Beck asking how we could send it back and get a refund and they refused to accept the blemishes were anything other than part of the design. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Would certainly not recommend this company.
