A huge shout out to the staff at Bobhead. I needed to return an item (too small). The process was supposed to be straightforward, this proved not to be the case.
The item was dropped off for return to Bobhead and that’s when it all went pear shaped. It took 5 days for the item to reach the delivery depot and there it sat for 3 weeks. I exhausted every avenue in attempting to contact DHL e-commerce…….. Then……
Up steps the awesome staff at Bobhead. I screenshot the tracking info and these folks sorted it in a couple of hours. This shows that the Bobhead staff will go above and beyond.
Their service and customer service has been phenomenal, I really couldn’t fault it.
