UPDATE - March 03, 2025: After leaving reviews on Trustpilot, the CEO of the company reached out to me, offering me a discount to make things right. He diligently and attentively offered me multiple solutions, listening to my issue and settling on something that was satisfactory to me. He followed up almost daily to ensure I was taken care of. This hands-on treatment saved the experience for me, and I am hugely appreciative of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I paid hundreds of dollars for a pair of brand new skis (which arrived damaged) through their Bobleisure website. When they arrived mid January they were left outside my house with the top of the box ripped off and the skis sticking out. The ski tips were rusted, dented, and scratched (pictured). I immediately notified Bobleisure using the email address through which they had been answering my questions before purchasing, but suddenly that address garnered no response. I then used their webform which is specifically for people with product complaints. I was answered by the same AI (John Wick) as many people with issues in other reviews have been contacted by. Just like in those situations, when I replied to the email with the requested photos and information I was ignored. it is now mid March, and I have contacted Bobleisure 3 times and they continue to ignore me. I have contacted my credit card company and they are prepared to do a chargeback for a full refund if I don't get a response, so that is the avenue I will be pursuing. Very disappointed with this experience as I was looking forward to stocking up on ski gear from this company.
