They are so shit. Had to wait 3 weeks almost for my package. They did not respond when I was asked about information about my package. Return policy “ 1. To ensure any delays we recommend using the FedEx service.2. As the sender, they are responsible for this shipment.3. The item must be as new, unused and in the original packaging.4. To ensure a smooth process in customs, we ask you to attach the invoice to the outside of the package. And to fill out a customs declaration at the post office.5. Please declare on the customs declaration: RÜCKWAREN6. please tell us if you want an exchange (in which item) or a refund, put this info with the package.7. After arrival of the return with us, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately and in fullor the exchange will be processed immediately.”Extremely shit… would rather pay more then to buy from this shit company
