I purchased a power recliner back in mid February 2023. In late July, the back of the chair popped and you could tell something had broken. We called Bob Mills (OKC) for repair.I was totally satisfied with the service/repair side of Bob Mills. The issue I have is the quality assurance of the company. When the tech came to diagnose the problem, it was clear that the back of the chair was broken either in the warehouse or during the delivery process after purchase. The area of damage had been slipshod repaired with a small medal piece and 2 wood screws. It should never have left the store or been delivered to the customer in that condition. I paid $2600 for what I thought was a new chair and got a broken one from the get-go. I requested on two occasions to speak to the general manager about it but never got a return call after leaving voice-mails. This will be the last time I buy anything from Bob Mills.
