Not supportive customer care service at all. Not responding to emails or WhatsApp messages to meet customer satisfaction. Truly those are useless technologies to them. I also start my new account recently trusting it as it is a government bank. But they wasted my 3dys time dragging here and there just to check the remittance deposit. If there is an option to select bad stars, I will give full stars to BOC without any dought!
