Worst bank branch in Avissawella

On 2022.08.30 I deposited money to the BOC account, Avissawella branch and on 2022.10.16 when I went to withdraw money they said my account has been deactivated since I have not done any transactions for a long period. But it's been only 2 months. They asked me to wait until they fixed it. After waiting for half an hour when I checked they said that it will take longer time as I have not withdrawn money for a long period and even though I have deposited money I have to withdraw money time to time in order to keep activate the account. Totally disappointed with this fact as the customers withdraw money only when they needed money not to keep activated the account.
