Today, I completed my Yogic detox online session (laghu shankaprakshalana) organised by Bodhi school of yoga. Many thanks to Dhanya Mam from Bodhi for guiding so well throughout the session and helping with all the queries. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone considering an effective detox on a regular basis.
