Stay away!!! Aggressive billing practices!!!

This is a terrible company that people should stay away from at any cost. Support your local gyms and fitness clubs. I signed up for an annual subscription in 2024. Like with most fitness things, I found I wasn’t using it. In August 2025, my digital subscription auto renewed without prior notice. No email notice that this was going to occur, just a charge to my credit card. The day I saw a pending charge on my credit card I went into my BODi account and immediately canceled. Apparently, this wasn’t good enough for BODi and they refuse to credit me back my $179 for an annual subscription ending in August 2026. So I’m stuck with this charge but I will post this experience everywhere I can until their lost revenue far exceeds my $179 subscription cost. Don’t underestimate the power of a consumer. Better Business Bureau, USA.gov, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau & Federal Trade Commission are next up. Enjoy my $179 BODi. I hope it was worth it.
