Terrible customer service

I used this service for many years. This year, I missed the email that I would be charged again. Three days after being charged, I called and requested a refund and cancellation of my plan. I was able to cancel the plan, and I expressed that I have not used the account in over 6 months, as it didn’t suit my needs anymore. I asked for a refund of the $180 that I was charged. They denied my request and refused to refund me, even though I contacted them within days of being charged and saw that I hadn’t used the account.This is incredibly frustrating and seems highly unfair to keep my money when I will not and have not been using the services.I will not recommend this company to anyone due to the terrible customer service.
