It took forever for the money I deposited into my Bodog account to be credited into the account . 14 hours later I was still waiting for the money to be deposited into the Bodog account . When I talked to customer service by chat they said they see the deposit request but they could experiencing a back log of deposits.I stated I was unhappy with this situation and I had been betting with Bodog for over ten years , where I have bet thousands of dollars with them . I asked if there was any way I could get $25 free play for the inconvenience and they said no . At that point they all the sudden ended the chat . I was not rude to them, they were in fact very unprofessional just ending the chat unexpectedly.I’m very unhappy with the customer service of Bodog and will be taking my money out and closing my account . This is not how you treat a customer of over ten years !Update-shortly after the chat the money was finally credited to my account so bet 15 hours later …
