Bodog restricted my new account a week ago. Anytime I go to sign in now it says that my account is disabled and I should contact customer service if I have any questions. They mentioned an investigation is in process and there is no timeline for completion. I have $7,000 in the account that I would like to withdraw but am getting nowhere with Bodog. I have asked to speak with their disputes team, and repeatedly have asked when the investigation will be complete and when I can expect my funds, but they give me the same reply 'investigation is in process and there is no timeline for completion.' I am hoping to retrieve my funds from the account and do not care if it remains closed. This is really disappointing and I hope someone gets back to me soon. It is not fair to tell a customer that there is no timeline and my funds should be returned to me as soon as possible
