I wasn't going to write this review but Bodog has left me no choice since they are ignoring my emails and my request to resolve the matter hence my reason to post the review (was going to post picture/screenshot but Trustpilot doesn't allow for it) and for the outrageous comments they made to me.I started Bodog at the beginning of this Month (March) and they limited my account by reducing the wagers a few days ago. Why? No reason or explanation from their service team exactly.However, when I spoke with their LIVE chat support, specifically with the supervisor as the support agent wasn't able to help me much. I spoke with Javier and they couldn't tell me much either instead they made comments about my betting history on the book thus far such as "Our sport team identify's you as a customer who knows how to gamble." & "Considering your winnings, it shows that you are someone who knows how to bet." I hope trustpilot adds a feature to upload evidence/proof or some sort of screenshot ability to show what I am talking about.If I am truly someone "who knows how to gamble" then pay for the lottery ticket tomorrow, and I will share the winnings with you Bodog.Javier also mentioned that he understands my frustration with Bodog. He even goes further to state that I am a valuable customer. I have given Bodog a very good amount of business in one month. Why? because they do have the potential to be a good book within Ontario, Canada. But not after such an experience. I will also share this review on my social media page which has a decent following. I will go public with this. Once again no avenue to post these screenshots as Trustpilot doesn't allow it.Do you understand as a sportsbook and a online casino how outlandish and outrageous it is to make these types of comments? I have won a decent amount and I have also lost a decent amount on this book. But as a customer, my goal and my purpose of placing wagers is to win. Not to lose? Do you think I'm happily making donations here? You are not a charity company or a non-profit company. Clearly they have a problem with that so why operate in the first place if you cannot afford someone who maybe has won more bets than lost them? I am still willing to resolve any issue with Bodog they may have, so long as they unrestrict or take off any limits on my account. But this review will stay up until they reach out to me and respond to my email. I do not need to say who I am, they can figure that out themselves as I expect them to come here and respond to this review. I will be waiting for a response and I will update this review as necessary. I have further more screenshots and pictures which can make this review look a lot worse but I find a public response will be better.I really appreciate the supervisor Javier Rod who put his efforts into giving me an explanation. He is not at fault here, however I do put the blame on the upper management here. They should strive to do better and be more like Javier. Responsive, and understanding.This is the only response Bodog provided me throughout this case. The only message they responded back to with no meaning behind it, no sensible sentences here either(hate to be rude) they said "Thanks for contacting Bodog Customer Service.We understand how you feel, however this decision is under Sport Team decision, and at this time we can generate something additional for you!We're available to help 24/7 if you need anything else."what do you mean you can "generate something additional for me"? Again, no response after this. I truly wish I could post the screenshots here.I hope Bodog responds here because I will be waiting with receipts. I also hope they do not come to me with some copy pasted message stating that they will do better because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will take this to X, Discord, Reddit and Youtube as well.I will post those reviews here shortly or after I receive some sort of response from Bodog.STOP LIMITING CUSTOMERS WAGERS.
