Update 2: Account was credited with Winnings today. Update 1: Bodog requested my account details so they could look into this. I provided the details 4 days ago but haven’t heard anything since. I recently participated in their Super Bowl prop sheet contest. The contest was advertised as an approximate $60K prize pool with the top 20 spots being paid out. I finished toes for 5th with 160 pts but didn’t receive a prize. I reviewed the terms and conditions and I met all the relevant requirements. When I contacted customer service I was told I was ruled ineligible. When I asked why I was referred to the section that says the Bodog reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. I asked what specific condition rendered me ineligible and was told that if I had of won I would have received an email and they refused to discuss further ending the chat. I have used Bodog as my sports book for 7+ years but will be withdrawing my balance and using another Sportsbook going forward.
