Tried to withdraw money, Bodog sent me an e transfer with a password that would not work. I emailed them asking for the correct password or to send me a different e transfer. They would reply "Our records show you have already been paid". It took 3 emails for them to understand“LOOK THIS PASSWORD LITERALLY DOES NOT WORK”(Interac e transfer passwords are simple text only and don't allow special characters, their password had the $ in it. It's literally impossible to enter this)Three emails later, they came back with: "Actually we can't help you. Please talk to our employee in live chat”I wasted literally an hour talking to this guy who took 5+ minutes to write each reply and wasted my time with a bazillion account verification questions. After an hour of verifying my identity, he then said “Actually I can’t help you. This has been escalated up the chain. Someone will reach you within 48 hours.”WHY DID I WASTE AN HOUR JUMPING THROUGH ALL THESE STUPID HOOPS ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU CAN’T DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY PROBLEM? That was 11 days ago and I still have no payout. It’s day 25 from request.I’m assuming they make these processes excruciating probably hoping you’ll just give up and kiss your money goodbye. All this for $55If you too don't want to waste hours chatting and emailing employees trying to get the money that's rightfully owed to you, I recommend going to a different casino. Utter con artists.UPDATE: November 29. Still no sign of money. Still getting blown off by customer service.
