I received a reply 4 days ago on trust pilot saying Bodog will update me really soon in regards to my account being locked and bonus expiring. Bodog has done nothing! Their initial time was 24-48 hours to get back to me. It's been over a month. It has now been 4 days since they said they would get me an update 'really soon'. They have done nothing and not given me an update. What does 'really soon' mean. They only said that on this public platform as others are reading but said the below to me privately.
