I've been purchasing here for some years now. Recently I received a whey protein without a seal, which was a deal breaker because no one knows if this got tampered with and it could be a health hazard.I created a support ticket. They offered half refund and a discount and said I can use the product. However it was clear it's not a good idea to use an unsealed food product. So I requested a full refund.After many back and forths, they agreed to refund the item and asked me to return the product. I was not sure why they asked for a return (are they gonna resell it? Not sure).Shipped it back, they confirmed receipt the same day. But absolutely no update for 10 days until I contacted them again. They said the package was "stuck in transit" and they'd look into it. Sent another follow-up and still no answer 14 days.This is completely absurd that a company selling food products doesn't have a simple procedure to refund such items.At this point I'm seriously considering reporting this to the NVWA, because shipping unsealed food products to consumers is not something that should be taken lightly.I'll update here when I get more info on my case.---RE: Why are you lying?
