PostNL is an horrible delivery company when it comes to deliver in Belgium. Every time I ordered, they either returned the package for an incorrect adress (while it was correct) or the driver would not even ring the bell and drop it to another picking point. Hence why I will not order by the company until PostNL is changed for Belgian orders. This made me order somewhere else.
