Am still waiting my order and support is not responding again. No feedback or update on where my package is. All I wanted was to get response to my emails and that the team was taking action in resolving the issue. I appreciate the response. I know issue has not been resolved yet but I will change my review as support team is finally responding back appropriately.I placed an order on Sunday 02-11-2025. I’m very disappointed to see that my order BF1114303 has been shipped to my old Amsterdam address, even though I clearly provided my current address in Germany during checkout. I mentioned earlier that Apple Pay automatically replaced my correct address with an old one from my Apple account — this should have been corrected before shipment. Order has been delivered an address. Who received it? and who would return it?To make matters worse, I was also overcharged. The checkout process allowed me to select a free or gift product, but I was still charged for it.This has now turned into a frustrating experience. I have send countless emails and tried chat but no response. I’ve always used Body&Fit but no more.
