I followed the instructions and used the product for 60 days, but saw no results. When I requested a refund, the support team asked for my order details. I had to locate that information myself. They then required me to complete a lengthy refund request, which included providing Before and After pictures that I did not have. Ultimately, they stated that the pictures were necessary for a refund, but offered me 30% back as a goodwill gesture. I went through many steps only to be told about the picture requirement, which was not mentioned in their return policy. Caution advised!
