I placed multiple orders and even used my mother’s card after my own payments kept failing due to their so-called “extra security.” The money was withdrawn from her account, but after more than a week, no order ever arrived.What makes this worse is their complete lack of customer service. I sent emails, tried calling through different phone numbers, and received no proper response. It has now been almost two weeks of frustration, wasted time, and absolutely no accountability on their part.This company hides behind unnecessary payment complications, then fails to deliver the products customers pay for.
