DIFFICULT TO CANCEL AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL DATED 7 APRIL. I did a trial and cancelled via their support ticket in 2022 which according to them allegedly did not work.I sent the email below on 7 April but they have not responded despite 3 reminders:-"In the UK you are legally obliged to remind me that the subscription contract will renew and the payment will be due unless the consumer cancels, I am glad you keep all your emails so please forward the emails you sent me advising this or refund me." UPDATE 22 April-THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAIL FROM 7 APRIL DESPITE 3 REMINDERS BUT THEIR RELPY ON HERE TELLS ME TO CONTACT THEM AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVED. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
