I have allergies to latex and silicone, so the neoprene style material is much more comfortable. That the patella brace doesn't cover the entire knee area for support is cooler yet surprisingly works for my knee pain. At first I thought it may be too tight, though I bought according to the chart, but I guess it most loosen up to body heat or as you wear it. I bought two for each knee. I plan to continue my jogging as long as I can. This will help! Thank you!
