Did 2 rounds of this and it worked a treat. The habits it teaches you really stick and have helped me to maintain my weight loss in addition to losing the weight to begin with. Unlike with other weight loss programmes I didn’t feel like I was going around in circles, losing one week, gaining the next; or worse, losing weight, and then regaining some or all of what I’d already lost, stuck in a cycle of yo yo dieting. Programme is based on science and psychology and usefully relies on some core AA principles which apply to all areas of life. I also found the programme motivational in terms of applying the learning to other areas of life. It is also very confidence building.
