Thrilled that I made the commitment to myself!This program has been exactly what I needed. My Coach, Amy, has been super supportive and responsive, tailoring my workouts to accommodate for an ongoing shoulder injury and providing me with extra nutritional tips and guidance. Although we're not in the same geographical area, I don't find this to be an issue, as we communicate daily and have weekly check-ins to address 'wins', struggles, etc. Coach Amy has been a fantastic source of accountability; she's knowledgeable and ensures that working together is a collaborative effort.The cost of the program was difficult to swallow initially; however, I'm so glad that I decided to make the investment in myself. I truly do feel like I'm gaining knowledge and building lasting habits so that I'll be able to shed the weight for good. I've also been so pleased to discover that making little incremental changes really do add up. I've been able to continue building on my healthy habits each week without feeling deprived or overwhelmed. So far I'm down 8+ lbs. in the first six weeks and fully believe that I'll be able to reach my goal weight in a reasonable amount of time. I just need to keep putting in the work and effort. If you're on the fence, I would encourage you to commit to yourself and join the Body Smart family; the program and coaches do not disappoint!
