I haven't even had my first scan and I'm already fed up with this service. The customer support is extremely frustrating. The line is always echoing and hard to understand. My relative transferred me credit for a scan and set up my appointment, spelling my name multiple times, yet it was still entered incorrectly, so I received no communication from them. When I finally called, I discovered the spelling error and needed to change the appointment. They canceled the appointment and I received an email stating I had credit on my account for a different booking. However, when I tried to book again, no credit was available... I called back and was told it was due to the misspelling of my name! Now I have two accounts, one misspelled and one correct, and they are supposed to be merged. I'm done with this service.
