The scan itself was fine; I have no complaints. I had it done on a specific date, and the charge went through the next day. They attempted to enroll me in a quarterly scan, which I declined, only signing up for one scan. However, I later noticed another charge pending on my credit card. I called, and before I could finish, the representative knew what was happening and promised to reverse the charge. If they don't, I plan to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. It seems this service intentionally engages in questionable practices by signing clients up for services they did not approve, hoping clients wouldn’t notice. Although the service was acceptable, due to this lack of integrity, I will never return.
