I was also encouraged to purchase additional products and services, including supplements and an omega-3 blood test, which led to unexpected expenses. Overall, the visit felt overwhelming, and the push to buy extra items made the situation stressful. What I expected to be a supportive health appointment ended up costing much more than I anticipated. Based on my experience, I would recommend others to be cautious, ask many questions, and ensure they feel comfortable before agreeing to any tests or purchases.
