I fell in love with the Boelon shower system 2 years ago when I saw it on Instagram. I was about to renovate the main bathroom of the house and thought the system would be great with it's modern look yet simple design. I live in NJ and my home was built in 1968. The fittings that came with the system did not work in my home. I reached out to customer support and they worked with me. Had to explain the issue with getting the fitting to work with my pipes. They sent a new fitting, it didn't work. So they custom made a fitting that would. It worked and the shower was up and running beautifully. Several months later, two of the push buttons started to leak. I reached out to customer service again and again they worked with me to resolve the issue. I was mailed the replacement parts and was sent a video with easy to follow instructions to install. All is running smoothly. My family and I are still in love with the system. I'm looking forward to purchasing a shower system from Boelon when I'm ready to renovate the master bathroom.
