I didn't realize this site originates in China and ships from China. I waited 3 weeks for a package, then received an email saying it was delivered. I did not get it. When I contacted support, I was sent pictures of the package and two pictures of my address marker with the package on top of it. This marker is on a cul de sac which resulted in the package being stolen. The carrier could have put the package in the mailbox which is right next to the marker. I asked for the name of the carrier and for the signature. Support said it had been signed for. I was told the company's name is Logistics. There isn't a company with that name, but there are over a dozen with logistics in their name. I asked for the full name and a phone number. My requests are being ignored. I have no idea about the quality of their products, but with the negative customer service, I would suggest staying away from Bohemianplus.
