The return policy only allows for 'Store Credit', despite an email stating I would be refunded to my original payment method. My wife deserves better gifts! The items I received do not resemble those in the pictures at all. The images seem to be either AI-generated or heavily altered stock photos; the quality, colors, cut, and patterns do not match what was advertised. I received five shirts and a pair of shoes, all of which are of extremely low quality and do not match the website’s images. A reverse image search shows these items available at a fraction of the price on other platforms. This company has a troubling history of misrepresentation and deceptive advertising, which violates FTC guidelines. I want to report this so others are not misled.
