I placed an order in September 2025, and the dress I received was poorly designed and ill-fitting. I've repeatedly tried to contact them via email and phone for a return label but have received no response. Following their online return procedure led to an 'order does not exist' message. This has been my worst online shopping experience, and now I have an $80 dress I can't wear. Extremely disappointing.
